Francis P. Balas, ESQ
Frank Balas is"of counsel" to our firm and he was partner until recently. He is respected attorney with four decades of experience in real estate, corporate matters and estates. He represents individuals, lenders, condominium associations and corporations in matters ranging from standard corporate filings to complex real estate title disputes. He has tried several cases in Land Court.
Frank has been a practicing attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1969. He has been admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court Massachusetts District and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Frank earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Lowell and a Master of Education from Salem State College. He taught mathematics in the Burlington, Massachusetts school system while earning his law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
In his free time, Frank enjoys offshore fishing, lobstering, sailboat racing, gardening, curling and reading
